With the shifting tides in higher education, many colleges and universities are branching out into the world of online education. As a result, instructors are requiring enhanced trainings, skill sets, and foundational knowledge in order to adjust and succeed within the virtual classroom. The American Women’s College (TAWC) at Bay Path University, a division employing adjunct-practitioners as course instructors for its 1300 adult women undergraduates, has developed a culture focused on the professional development and support of those who educate our students.
