This workshop will employ the Train the Trainer model to teach attendees how to engage in effective assessment conversations, document the findings, and align them with MSCHE and your own institutional standards of excellence. Participants will learn and practice the unique approach to data collection while working with faculty, staff, and senior administrators. They will learn how to report on the data gathered and engage in reflective analysis to determine opportunities for further improvement. The ultimate goal is to engage the entire campus community in the process of continuously identifying strengths and weaknesses and help every person and department see how their work contributes to meeting the rigorous and comprehensive standards of your accreditor, and your own institutionâ€™s mission. This workshop is in collaboration with the Association for the Assessment of Learning in Higher Education (AALHE).
