This Friday SLO Talk will focus on intentional faculty collaboration around outcome expectations. During this interactive session, the presenter will guide participants through a discussion about ensuring learning is happening with specific outcomes in mind. The discussion will hone in on two factors, 1) faculty collaboration to improve outcomes and increase the quality of assessments and 2) maintaining academic freedom and integrity while ensuring students in like-classes taught by different faculty exit the class demonstrating agreed-upon skills. The presenter will share activities and resources participants can use with department teams to further collaboration.
