This particular session will focus on a recent NILOA Occasional Paper: “Program Review and Assessment for Continuous Improvement: Asking the Right Questions,” authored by Dr. Tami Eggelston. Dr. Eggelston will frame out the essential questions and discussion campuses should have regarding program reviews and how to support your institution in making these reviews meaningful continuous improvement opportunities to positively impact student success and institutional effectiveness.
