Reliable scores and valid score interpretations are critical to making informed, evidence-based improvements. In this webinar, we will discuss how reliability and validity evidence are connected to specific purposes of an assessment instrument. Measurement theory beginners are invited to attend to learn about different types of reliability including test-retest reliability, alternate forms reliability, and measures of internal consistency (e.g., coefficient alpha) as well as what it means to develop a body of evidence to validate interpretations and uses of test scores. To register, visit https://www.aalhe.org/webinars
